How to take a survey?

Go To Left Menu Surveys  

This screen will show all the surveys that require your input. Tap on a survey, to start answering the questions in the survey.

Start Survey

When you choose to start taking a survey, you will see this screen which will show the name and description of the survey. Tap on Start Survey to start.

Complete Survey

Once you have completed answering all the questions in a survey, you will see this alert in the screenshot below:
